Campaigns and laboratory projects
Every year the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration performs a number of campaigns and laboratory projects.
Campaigns are directed towards areas where there is a suspicion of or knowledge of problems or high risks.
Most of the laboratory projects are centrally coordinated and have monitoring or control as purposes but screening projects are also a possibility, when an upcoming issue has to be defined.
Sometimes the inspectors take samples for analysis if they have a suspicion of non compliance or as a follow up. These projects are coordinated in the regions.
